Orbitrex Terms of Service

By accessing Orbitrex properties or software, you agree to the version of these terms posted at the time of use. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately. Certain features may require additional agreements (for example, enterprise order forms or token-related disclosures).

Eligibility

You represent that you are legally permitted to use trading software in your jurisdiction and that you are not barred from accessing digital asset markets under applicable sanctions or regulations. Orbitrex may geoblock or refuse service where required by law.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site or inside the terminal constitutes investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Markets involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Self-custody & transactions

You remain responsible for safeguarding seed phrases, hardware devices, and wallet software. Orbitrex cannot reverse on-chain transactions. Always verify program IDs, mint addresses, and transaction previews before signing.

Third-party protocols

The terminal may surface routes, metadata, or deep links to independent protocols (including Jupiter, Pump.fun, or wallet extensions). Those services operate under their own terms and risks. Orbitrex is not responsible for their availability, pricing, or behavior.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no probing or attacking infrastructure, no attempts to manipulate markets through the UI in ways that violate law, and no harassment of staff or community members. We may suspend access for violations or security investigations.

Intellectual property

Orbitrex branding, documentation, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless expressly licensed, you may not copy, modify, or redistribute them.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Orbitrex nor its contributors shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform—even if advised of the possibility.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbitrex from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights—subject to applicable law and equitable limits.

Governing law & disputes

The governing law, venue, and dispute resolution mechanism will be specified after corporate formation and legal review. Until then, do not assume a particular jurisdiction applies.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect new features or compliance obligations. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional consent steps.
