Orbitrex
Orbitrex Privacy Policy
This policy explains, at a high level, what information Orbitrex may process when you browse our marketing site or use the trading terminal. Replace with jurisdiction-specific counsel-reviewed text before production.
Orbitrex builds software that interacts with public blockchain networks. Certain data—such as wallet public addresses and confirmed transactions—is inherently public on Solana. Other data—such as support correspondence or diagnostic telemetry—may be processed to operate and secure the service. We aim to collect the minimum information required for each purpose and to describe those purposes clearly.
Controller & contact
The data controller identity and statutory representative will be listed here after entity formation. Until then, direct privacy questions through the Contact page with “Privacy” in the subject line.
Categories of information
- Account & wallet context: public addresses you connect, network selection, and session identifiers required to maintain a stable application state.
- Product telemetry: performance metrics, error reports, and usage patterns that help us diagnose outages and improve reliability (configurable where technically feasible).
- Communications: emails, forms, or messages you send to corporate or support addresses, including attachments you choose to provide.
- Technical logs: IP address, user agent, and coarse geolocation derived from network routing for fraud prevention and security monitoring.
Purposes & legal bases (summary)
Depending on your region, processing may rely on contract performance (delivering the service you request), legitimate interests (securing infrastructure and improving product quality), or consent (where we explicitly ask, for example for optional analytics). Final legal bases will be enumerated in counsel-approved documentation.
Sharing & subprocessors
We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, logging, email delivery) bound by contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information. Any on-chain interaction you initiate is visible to validators and indexers according to network rules—not controlled by Orbitrex.
Retention
We retain operational logs and correspondence only as long as needed for security, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes, then delete or anonymize them according to internal schedules published at launch.
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing, and to object to direct marketing. We will provide a dedicated privacy request workflow before handling regulated personal data at scale.
International transfers
If data is processed across borders, we will implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.
Children
Orbitrex is not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required for data processing in your region. We do not knowingly collect such data.
Updates
We will revise this policy as the product and regulatory landscape evolve. Material changes will be communicated through prominent in-product notices or email where appropriate.
